Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently according to project specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
  • Implement site safety protocols and conduct safety briefings to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in civil engineering or construction management.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of site operations.

  • Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale civil projects, showcasing leadership and problem-solving skills.
