Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site operations and workforce.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor labor productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues when needed.
Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Identify and report delays, risks, or deviations from plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
