Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This position is for Forman Civil,Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.
Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Ensure through proper supervision that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with requirements.
- Co-ordinate with stores for receipt/handling/storage/issue of materials on site.
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
- Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.
- 10 to 12 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 08 to 10 yrs.) in Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.
- Age should be 30-40 & Good physical condition and stamina
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Awareness and implementation of Quality Objectives related to area of work
