Supervision and Coordination:

• Lead and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators on site.
• Assign tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently and to the required standard.

Construction Oversight:

• Oversee all civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, foundations, drainage systems, roads, and other infrastructure.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.

Safety Management:

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including the company's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments.

Resource Management:

• Manage resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for the timely delivery of materials.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain daily logs, site records, and progress reports.
• Report any delays, challenges, or changes to project managers or engineers.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate project requirements and updates to the team effectively.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct inspections to ensure that all work complies with industry standards and project requirements.
• Address and rectify any deficiencies or non-conformances promptly.

Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with other departments or teams working on-site to avoid conflicts and delays.
