Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing workers: Motivating workers to complete projects on schedule and ensuring they comply with site rules

Coordinating tasks: Coordinating work crews, scheduling labor, equipment, and materials

Monitoring progress: Monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise

Inspecting the site: Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained

Interpreting plans: Interpreting project plans and specifications

Communicating: Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams

Making decisions: Making decisions under pressure, such as when there are sudden changes to site plans or a machine breaks down

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have experience in oil and gas/civil construction in pipeline.

Must have driving license. Indian and gulf both are preferred.

Minimum 3 years experience preferred.

Duty hours:10

5 days working.
