Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
✔ Supervise on-site civil activities and work closely with the project engineers.
✔ Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and site workers.
✔ Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
✔ Perform regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to project timelines.
✔ Report daily progress and challenges to the Site Manager.
✔ Ensure proper materials are used, and resources are efficiently managed.
✔ Assist in resolving any on-site issues or delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in the construction of hotels, malls, or other commercial buildings.
- Experience working in Africa is preferred.
