Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day fit-out site activities
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project timelines
- Maintain quality standards and monitor productivity
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong site supervision skills
- Hands-on experience in interior works
- Strong knowledge of gypsum, partitions, flooring, and finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills
- UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
