• Conduct thorough and regular inspections of construction activities and sites.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on site activities and inspection findings for stakeholders.
• Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures promptly.
• Monitor the use of construction materials to ensure they meet project standards.
• Verify that construction activities adhere strictly to approved blueprints and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers to address and resolve on-site issues effectively.
• Assist in risk assessments and the development of solutions to mitigate them.
• Participate in meetings with engineers and project managers to discuss progress.
• Keep abreast of new materials, techniques, and updates in construction regulations.
• Ensure all inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained in good working order.
• Facilitate the final inspection and handover of completed projects to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a civil inspection or similar construction oversight role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites.
