Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed soil, concrete, and asphalt tests to determine their physical and chemical properties, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of test results and samples, utilizing advanced software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist in the development of new testing methodologies and improvements to existing procedures for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field is essential for a strong technical foundation.
  • Professional certifications such as the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a civil laboratory setting, showcasing a proven track record in material testing.
  • Experience with advanced laboratory equipment, including spectrometers and soil testing apparatus, is crucial for effective performance.
