Roles & Responsibilities
Civil Procurement Engineer
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for civil works and materials.
Prepare and review purchase orders and procurement schedules.
Evaluate quotations and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with the technical office, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and update procurement records, vendor database, and material logs.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer in the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, standards, and suppliers.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement packages under time pressure.
