Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, specifications, and schedules for civil engineering projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site investigations and assessments to gather data for project planning.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets based on project requirements and specifications.
- Oversee and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, laws, and regulations throughout project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Evaluate and approve design changes, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and expertise.
