Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities for interior fit-out projects.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Resolve technical and site issues effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, joinery, finishes, and authority approvals.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
UAE driving license preferred.
