Responsibilities

• Develop and review project plans and specifications for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
• Perform site inspections and monitor construction activities for compliance.
• Ensure all construction projects comply with relevant regulations and safety codes.
• Utilize engineering software to design and assess project feasibility and requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets to ensure projects remain financially viable.
• Conduct risk assessment and propose mitigation strategies for project challenges.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports.
• Present project updates to stakeholders and address any technical inquiries.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior engineers and interns regarding best practices.
• Enhance project outcomes through innovative solutions and technical expertise.
• Facilitate meetings and communication between project teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or the ability to obtain licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Experience working with CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines effectively.
