Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks. Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
  • Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
  • Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints and adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, forecasts, and resource allocation to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project delays and cost overruns.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost estimation by analyzing project requirements and historical data.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is essential, with a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred to enhance credibility and authority.
