Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enforce quality control plans, ensuring adherence to project specifications, international standards, and local regulations throughout all construction phases.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of civil works, including earthworks, concrete structures, and infrastructure elements, to identify and rectify non-conformities.
  • Prepare and review quality control documentation, such as inspection reports, checklists, and material submittals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality-related issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE) or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering QA/QC, showcasing practical expertise.
  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of international construction standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI), ensuring compliance.
