Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy through comprehensive analysis of project specifications and drawings.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability, focusing on cost implications and potential financial risks.
  • Manage procurement processes by collaborating with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive bids and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor project progress and expenditures, providing regular reports to stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial forecasts and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • Professional membership in relevant bodies such as RICS or AIQS, demonstrating commitment to industry standards.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil quantity surveying.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale civil engineering projects, indicating strong project management capabilities.
