Minimum 5 years experience in First grade Civil Contracting Company, Able to submit and negotiate tenders and sign Turnkey contracts, based upon pre-engineered steel buildings. Maintaining healthy relationship with clients, project consultants, architects. Periodically reviewing competitive strategies and business plans to tap potential customers. Discussing specifications and substantiate with technical requirements. Maintaining updated information about modern metal building solutions. Maintaining updated market information, achieving sales targets, liasoning with all concerned for achieving the common objective of sustaining healthy growth of contracts.
