Civil Site Engineer & Civil Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Civil Site Engineer to join our project team at Ras Laffan, Qatar who has oil and gas experience.

1. Serve as the primary technical resource for the on-site construction team, offering proactive guidance, resolving design queries, and troubleshooting field issues as they arise.

2. Evaluate and validate subcontractor submissions, including technical drawings, engineering calculations, and project reports, to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

3. Oversee the flow of project documentation and actively track subcontractor deliverables utilizing the S-PMIS (Project Management Information System).

4. Guarantee that all site engineering and construction activities strictly adhere to local statutory standards, building regulations, and industry codes of practice.

5. Assist project leadership in navigating and executing the project permitting process to secure all necessary regulatory approvals in a timely manner.

6. Act as a technical representative in coordination meetings, effectively liaising with clients, subcontractors, external consultants, and other key project partners.

7. Draft detailed technical notes, compile comprehensive progress reports, and develop clear, engaging presentations for both clients and public stakeholders.

8. Perform additional operational and project-related duties as directed by the project management team.
