Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute all civil works on site according to drawings and specifications
Ensure work is carried out in compliance with quality standards and project schedule
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site team
Review shop drawings and ensure proper implementation on site
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Ensure adherence to safety regulations on site
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
3 to 6 years of experience in residential execution works
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
