Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess potential challenges and recommend solutions to maintain project efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to interpret design plans and ensure structural integrity throughout the construction process.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams, maintaining clear communication to optimize workflow and productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant work experience in civil construction inside the united arab emirates, demonstrating practical skills and project management capabilities.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in highways, bridges, or urban development, indicating specialized knowledge.
