Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily site operations to ensure construction activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports, documenting any issues, delays, or deviations from project plans.
• Assist in resolving technical challenges and unforeseen site conditions by providing effective engineering solutions.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide site teams and ensure accuracy.
• Manage site documentation, including daily logs, material receipts, and inspection records.
• Support the planning and scheduling of site activities, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project milestones.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials on-site.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
