Civil Site Engineer

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.

• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site status.
• Conduct inspections for formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, and finishing.
• Manage material requests, site measurements, and quantity take-offs.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure adherence to approved plans.
• Support site planning and scheduling activities.

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in civil site engineering or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to construction sites.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
