Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil engineering activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and address any unforeseen site challenges or discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built records.
