Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil /Arch).

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in civil / Arch site engineering within the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage daily site challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss and escalate issues directly with their line managers.
  • Capability to supervise and manage subcontractors and labor teams to ensure workflow efficiency and quality.
  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil /Arch).
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, handle responsibilities efficiently and ability to discuss and align project time frames with the client and consultant.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Must align with and reflect our company culture and values.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with the Technical Office team.
  • Previous relevant experience is preferred.
