Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess potential challenges and recommend solutions to maintain project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architects and project managers to interpret design plans and ensure structural integrity throughout the construction process.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams, maintaining clear communication to optimize workflow and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Professional certification such as a PE (Professional Engineer) license, showcasing commitment to industry standards and ethics.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in civil construction, demonstrating practical skills and project management capabilities.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in highways, bridges, or urban development, indicating specialized knowledge.
