Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and work orders.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and manage all on-site civil engineering activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site logs.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered during construction.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Oversee the procurement and management of materials, equipment, and resources required for site activities.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation to support successful project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 5 years of experience in construction site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.
