Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of street furniture, wayfinding signage, and urban solutions.
- Ensure all construction and installation activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and project management teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and assessments to prepare for installation and resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on-site activities to stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring adherence to timelines and safety protocols.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications for urban infrastructure projects.
- Identify and address potential site issues, proposing effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, materials usage, and project changes.
- Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on installation processes and suggesting enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in site engineering, preferably in urban infrastructure or public works.
- Proven ability to manage on-site installation and construction activities.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in civil engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic site environments.
- Experience with project documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site (office-based with regular site visits as required).
