Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Manage site resources and materials effectively
Resolve technical and operational issues promptly
Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
UAE experience in civil construction projects is mandatory
Proven experience in site supervision and project management
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
