Civil Site Engineer

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on-site
Coordinate with MEP, procurement, subcontractors, and internal teams
Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, and material requirements
Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and safety protocols
Maintain accurate site records, inspections, and execution reports
Support quality control and ensure adherence to approved drawings and method statements
Resolve site challenges and escalate critical issues to project management
Ensure smooth workflow through effective site supervision and coordination

Requirements :

2 3 years UAE experience in construction projects
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering(mandatory)
Strong skills in site supervision, coordination, and multitasking
Sound understanding of UAE construction standards, specifications, and compliance
Knowledge of UAE construction and engineering practices
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Must be currently based in UAE
Must be available for immediate joining
