Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage on-site civil works for substation and civil lines projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of civil engineering tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify any deviations from approved plans and standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including detailed documentation of activities, issues, and resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

  • Holds a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil site engineering, specifically within the substation construction ( 132 KV, 200 KV & 400KV) and civil lines sector ( Cable - 132kv & 400 KV OHL). OHL & Cable laying experience is mandatory for Civil Lines Site Engineer.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of substation construction methodologies, including foundations, earthing, and cable trenching.
