Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Civil Engineer Job Location: Al Qusais Industrial Area 3 Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to plan, design, and supervise construction activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in steel structure erection and fabrication, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage civil construction works at site
Plan, execute, and monitor steel structure erection and fabrication works
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and site teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
Technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions
Ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage Experience
2–3 years of experience in civil engineering projects
Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and basic project documentation

Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to work independently at site
