Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards, by constantly monitoring the progress.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, fostering effective communication and collaboration to avoid potential conflicts and delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and address any deviations from the approved plans, promptly resolving issues to maintain project integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, including progress updates, resource allocation, and any challenges encountered, to provide accurate documentation for project tracking and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, showcasing professional competency and commitment to ethical practice.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management and execution.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design and analysis tools, enabling efficient project design and execution.
