Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to approved plans, specifications, and local regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify any defects or non-compliance issues.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Holds a valid Driver's License and is proficient in driving in the local area.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
