Civil, Structural and Architect Engineer Altea Energy

Responsible for planning and execution of Onshore construction projects during the detail design, and execution phases (construction, installation, commissioning and handover) in onshore Assets for civil, structural and architect work.

Key Accountabilities

• Liaising with engineering company for Detailed Design (EPC).
• Preparing civil / structural engineering and architect design calculations, document, drawings, specification and schedule for EPC project.
• Reviewing civil/structural engineering and architect design documents, drawings, calculations, reports, schedule. And reviewing, coordinating, controlling, and following up works with contractors in order to ensure that the engineering, procurement and construction works are in accordance with the project specification and scope of works, on time and on budget, in accordance with the objective of the project.
• Construction management and Company site representative role in business development, project development, and project execution phases.
• Contract management and monitoring during EPC.
• Reviewing construction documents, drawings related to project such as method of statement, schedule, procedures, payments, invoices, test reports, material certificates, lifting procedures etc.
• Coordinating with team and providing supports on relevant issues in order to complete project effectively.
• Coordinate with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Ensure that the quality of design calculations and drawings produced are in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, applicable Project Procedures and Standards, Safety and Quality Control.
• Enforcing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaising with all stakeholders such as local authority i.e. ARH, CTC, Wilaya, DGM, ABHS etc., Local Contractor, Existing plants, any other internal and external party.
