Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Supervise soil investigations by contractor during tendering activities as well as during project construction.

  • Assist in coordinating the area allocation for Contractor’s temporary facilities with concerned Refinery departments and supervise the construction activities.

  • Review Civil materials used for construction as per specifications / standards mentioned in Contract.

  • Inspect survey works including verification of temporary bench marks.

  • Inspect concrete work.

  • Inspect building construction including all architectural works.

  • Inspect steel structure work except the major welding works which are to be supervised by specialist discipline.

  • Supervise flooring works.

  • Inspect fireproofing works.

  • Supervise fireproofing works.

  • Coordinate with concerned PD Inspection Engineer / Contractor for inspection activities related to structural steel work, painting and refractory works.


Desired Candidate Profile


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Minimum 10+years of Civil Structural Construction experience in refinery, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry Projects
