Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and manage excavation and concrete paving activities to ensure projects

    are completed on time and within budget.

    1. Coordinate with site supervisors and labour teams, providing clear directions and

    support to effectively manage a workforce of around 100 people.

    1. Oversee the preparation and execution of structural designs, ensuring compliance with

    safety regulations and building codes.

    1. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to

    project specifications.

    1. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address any

    challenges related

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BE/B . Tech) with 5-8 years of relevant experience

    or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.

    1. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to effectively

    handle and coordinate a large workforce.

    1. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards relevant

    to civil engineering.

    1. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with team members,

    clients, and stakeholders


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
