Role & responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision
  
• Supervise construction activities like excavation, concreting, masonry, finishing, and civil works.
  
• Ensure work is done as per design drawings and quality standards.
  
• Resource Management
  
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
  
• Quality Control Support
  
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with QC/QA standards.
  
• Report non-conformities and support corrective measures.
  
• Safety Compliance
  
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and site regulations.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.
  
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting
  
• Track daily/weekly work progress.
  
• Prepare site reports for engineers/project managers.
  
• Coordination
  
• Liaise with engineers, planners, and clients.
  
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Must have experience in Civil, Industrial and Commercial Building

Gulf Experience is Mandatory
