Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced Civil Supervisors to support civil and marine construction activities for projects based in Mesaieed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities, including concrete works, reinforcement steel, and formwork
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards on site
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure proper execution of civil works
Work Location: Mesaieed (MIC), Qatar
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) or High School Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction works, preferably in marine projects within the Oil & Gas industry
- Certification in ePTW or cPTW from Qatar Energy
- H2S certification required
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including concrete, reinforcement steel, and formwork
