Supervise daily civil construction activities on-site
Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and safety standards
Coordinate with project engineers and foremen to meet project milestones
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Manage construction teams and allocate tasks accordingly
Report on progress, issues, and safety compliance to project management
