Civil Supervisor - Team Leader

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee construction activities at project sites.

The Civil Supervisor will ensure that work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards, drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and laborers to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Allocate tasks to site workers and ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Monitor progress and report any issues, delays, or deviations to the project manager or site engineer.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, materials usage, and equipment logs.
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Attend site meetings and assist in preparing progress reports.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and liaise with consultants or designers when required.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred for larger projects).

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and local construction regulations.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
