RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that specified portion of the project are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Prepare the material submittals based on the contractual requirements and project specifications.
Follow up with site engineers for the running activities for any clarification or correction maybe required during the construction progress.
Review and comment subcontractor offers, and technical submittals based on their involvement and scope of work.
Follow up the subcontractor site technical issues to resolve and provide best solution to avoid any negative impact on the project time/cost .
Study all civil drawings and comment if there is any technically mistakes according to the standard and the project specifications.
Raise the site requirements material, tools, and equipment to the site manager with the enough time according to the company policy
Coordinate with the third party for all tests required at site.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
