Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to road works and infrastructure.

Prepare and submit technical queries, shop drawings, and material submittals in coordination with consultants and design teams.

Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, standards, and specifications.

Support the preparation of method statements, work procedures, and technical reports.

Coordinate with site teams to solve technical issues and ensure smooth progress of road construction activities.

Participate in planning, scheduling, and quality control related to road works.

Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate materials and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.

Proven experience in road construction projects (highways, streets, infrastructure, earthworks, or paving).

Strong knowledge of road design standards, materials, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in reviewing drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings.

Experience with relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
