Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Drawings & Documentation

Prepare, review, and revise shop, coordination, and as-built drawings.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.

Manage and organise all technical documents, logs, and submittals.

2. Quantity Surveying & Cost Control

Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) and detailed quantity surveys for all civil works.

Review project BOQs and support in preparing cost comparisons.

Track material consumption and support in cost control with the Planning & Cost departments.

3. Technical Submittals

Prepare and follow up on material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical approvals.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather technical data and documentation.

4. Coordination & Site Support

Work closely with the site team to ensure implementation aligns with approved drawings.

Coordinate with MEP, architecture, and finishing teams to resolve clashes.

Support the project manager with technical reports and progress documentation.

5. Invoicing & Subcontractor Management

Review subcontractor invoices based on actual quantities and executed works.

Prepare progress updates and ensure proper billing documentation.br>

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.

  • 4-7 years of experience in the construction field is a Must

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, QS, and documentation

  • ASD is a Must

Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
