Conduct regular inspections of building foundations, walls, roofs, flooring, ceilings, and other structural elements to identify damage, wear, or potential safety hazards.

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on civil and structural components, including walls, tiles, doors, windows, and fixtures.

Monitor and maintain plumbing systems (e.g., sinks, drains, water supply lines) to prevent leaks and ensure proper operation.

Address urgent structural issues such as leaks, cracks, or other defects promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

Repair or replace damaged flooring, walls, ceilings, and fixtures in donor areas, offices, and storage spaces to maintain facility standards.

Carry out painting works on ceilings, walls, and other surfaces as part of regular upkeep and refurbishment.

Inspect and maintain exterior areas such as parking lots, walkways, ramps, and railings to ensure safety, functionality, and accessibility.

Support minor electrical repairs (e.g., replacing bulbs, switches, and sockets) as required to maintain facility functionality.

Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized civil works and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs performed on facility infrastructure.

Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards during all maintenance and repair activities.
