Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute gypsum board works including partitions, ceilings, bulkheads, and decorative elements
Perform internal and external painting works with proper surface preparation
Carry out plastering works ensuring smooth and high-quality finishes
Read and follow drawings, site instructions, and technical details
Ensure work is completed as per approved specifications and timelines
Maintain proper site cleanliness and safety standards
Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on site
Report material requirements and work progress to the site engineer or supervisor
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in gypsum board, painting, and plastering works
Minimum 2–4 years experience in fit-out or construction projects in UAE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of tools, materials, and finishing techniques
Physically fit and able to work on site
Preference for candidates currently in the UAE
