Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Tendering / Estimation Civil Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, review tenders, and ensure competitive proposals aligned with company goals.

  • Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, perform rate analysis.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for civil works within MEP projects.
  • Coordinate with tendering team and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3 5 years of experience in tendering & estimation, preferably in contracting/MEP companies.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, market pricing, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.

3 5 years of experience in tendering & estimation, preferably in contracting/MEP companies.

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, market pricing, and cost control.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
