Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Works Engineer to oversee, coordinate, and execute civil engineering activities related to high-voltage towers. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring civil works, including flood protection measures and the repair of tower foundations for 110 kV and 380 kV transmission lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute required civil works for tower protection projects.
  • Calculate material quantities and prepare detailed work schedules.
  • Design and produce technical drawings and construction layouts.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams for approval of construction plans.
  • Ensure all civil works comply with safety, quality, and project specifications.
  • Monitor progress on site and report on completion status.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering works, preferably in transmission tower or utility infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, quantities, and civil engineering design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
