Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities are:
- Participate in the analysis of claims in accordance with policy conditions.
- Contribute to the preparation and completeness of compensation files
- Assisting with the collection and verification of supporting documents
- Assist in investigations related to payment defaults
- Participate in exchanges with internal teams (debt collection, underwriting, management)
- Update the information in the internal tools
- Contribute to the monitoring of cases and compliance with processing deadlines
- Participate in the preparation of simple reports
- Provide support for administrative and accounting operations related to the files
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, finance or accounting
- eligible for the ANAPEC program
- Good written and oral communication skills (French)
- Sense of initiative, autonomy, rigor and team spirit
- Good analytical and organizational skills
