Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate contractual and commercial claims
- Support change management, variations, and dispute resolution
- Ensure claims compliance with contract terms and industry standards
- Prepare claim documentation, assessments, and recommendations
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 8 to 14 years of experience in Claims Assessment / Contract Claims Management
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector is highly preferred
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Claims Management, Contract Management, or related fields (preferred, if any)
- Strong understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and project documentation
Deployment:
- Willingness to work onsite in Oman for 6 months, with possible extension up to 1 year
