Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and process claims by verifying submitted documents, analyzing policy terms, conditions, and product specifications within authority limits to ensure accurate, fair, and efficient settlements
- Respond to enquiries from policyholders and brokers by providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and following service level agreements to support customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on required documents and data by coordinating with stakeholders and updating records to maintain accurate reserves and complete outstanding claims within acceptable turnaround times.
- Support compliance with best practices in claims assessment by checking salvage handling processes and tracking legal case follow-ups to ensure proper documentation and regulatory alignment.
- Maintain organized claim files by updating records, ensuring accuracy, and keeping documentation readily available for audits and reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Qualifications: br>
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the insurance field.
- Bachelor s degree in automotive engineering or related field.
